The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Development Manager should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Management, or other related courses.
• Atleast 5 years of experience in portfolio management, product management, marketing, business development, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial performance, profitability, and growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities across internal and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
