You will design, validate, and transition products from concept to production, coordinating with engineering, process, manufacturing, and QA to ensure customer requirements and standards are met. The role requires a strong background in high-precision electro-mechanical products, CAD proficiency, and project management experience

Qualifications

• Designing new products and developing related processes, coordinating with engineering, process, manufacturing, equipment, and QA teams.
• Ensures designs meet customer requirements and standards via testing, validation, characterization, evaluations, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design new products and develop related processes from idea to production.
• Coordinate with engineering, process, and quality teams to transition designs to production.
• Lead design review meetings and manage formal release of product designs.
• Provide feedback on design/manufacturing changes to improve function, quality, reliability and cost.
• Coordinate quality-related activities affecting product development or performance.
