• Manage the receipt, tracking, and organization of product development samples throughout the development process.
• Monitor testing timelines and ensure the necessary samples are available for product assessments and cross-functional reviews.

Job description

The Product Development Associate plays a key support role in bringing new products from initial concept through launch. This position assists with market research, product development, sample assessment, shade creation, testing, and coordination across different teams. The role ensures that product concepts, color development, testing activities, and development requirements are properly organized, completed on time, and aligned with the brand's product standards. It also provides hands-on exposure to the full product development lifecycle.
