• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring timely execution from concept to launch and ensuring that development processes are aligned with project goals and quality standards.

• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers to source components/materials and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to align product goals with brand and operational strategies.

• Lead and execute product and packaging design processes to ensure aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards are met.

• Conduct and manage product testing, quality checks, and feedback integration throughout the development process.

• Maintain accurate documentation on specifications, revisions, and quality assurance checkpoints.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to guide product innovation.

• Evaluate customer feedback and sales data to recommend improvements and support product optimization.
