• Identify customer needs, product gaps, and innovation opportunities in the aroma diffuser market
• Collaborate with suppliers, marketing, and operations teams to conceptualize new product ideas
• Develop, test, and refine product prototypes, including diffusers, scents, packaging, and variants
• Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to improve product quality and performance
• Oversee product development timelines from concept to production and launch
• Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and brand standards
• Work closely with Warehouse and E-commerce teams to ensure product readiness for launch and distribution
• Monitor product performance in the market and recommend improvements or enhancements
• Stay updated on competitor products, industry innovations, and global trends in aromatherapy and wellness technology
