Job summary

Sun Life in the Philippines invites you to join the Product team to support policy development and pricing by preparing policy contracts and forms to meet regulatory requirements. You will assist in regulatory filings with the Insurance Commission and maintain the policy forms library.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, have at least one year in product development or operations in life insurance, and are willing to pursue LOMA courses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least one year of work experience in product development or operations-related role within a life insurance company.
• Willing to take LOMA courses / currently taking or has completed LOMA courses.

Responsibilities

• Participates in development and revision of policy provisions, application forms, ancillary forms, and other documents required for product launches.
• Prepares and submits product filing documents to the Insurance Commission (IC), coordinates with the IC on submission status, drafts supporting regulatory documents, and addresses additional requirements raised after the initial submission.
• Maintains, updates, and safeguards the department’s central library of policy forms approved by the Insurance Commission.
