Job summary

Google Operations Center seeks a Product Design Lead for Enterprise & AI Flows to own end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and engineering handoffs for core enterprise platforms and AI tools.

You will guide design strategy, align with product and engineering partners, and manage executive stakeholders to ensure design standards are executed seamlessly. Requires 10+ years in product design and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or enterprise interaction design.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and design-to-engineering handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX lifecycle from wireframes to engineering handoffs for core enterprise tools and AI workflows.
• Drive high-impact design solutions for AI products and enterprise platforms.
• Guide design strategy and maintain alignment with product and engineering partners; manage executive stakeholder relationships.
