Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in project management, product ops, or software delivery roles.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and managing issues or changing requirements.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, workstreams, or major initiatives from planning to closure.
• Develop delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate meetings and Agile delivery activities.
• Communicate status, risks, blockers, decisions, and changes clearly.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance, workflows, and documentation; apply automation where possible.
