Job summary

Concentrix Manila seeks a Senior Associate to Assistant Manager level with experience in Middle Office or Product Control and strong exposure to OTC Rates Derivatives. You will verify trades, validate economics, and ensure accurate capture across the trade lifecycle while collaborating with Front Office, Back Office, Finance, and Product Control teams in a global banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Product Control, Middle Office, Trade Support, or OTC Trade Validation
• Strong working knowledge of Rates and Interest Rate Derivatives
• Hands‑on exposure to products such as Interest Rate Swaps, Cross‑Currency Swaps, Swaptions, Caps, Floors, FRAs, or Futures
• Experience reviewing trade bookings, recaps or confirmations, amendments, valuations, and trade exceptions

Responsibilities

• Validate OTC Rates Derivative trades booked in Front Office systems against trade recaps and supporting documentation
• Review key trade economics and identify booking discrepancies or control exceptions
• Validate futures transactions and support timely clearing
• Ensure trade amendments are completed promptly and corresponding present values are checked
• Investigate mismatches and expose potential position or transaction issues
• Report, explain, and validate exceptions identified during trade validation
• Support global process-improvement and system-migration initiatives
• Recommend practical improvements that strengthen controls and team productivity

Are you an experienced Middle Office or Product Control professional with strong exposure to OTC Rates Derivatives?

We are looking for a specialist who understands the complexities of rates products and can ensure trades are accurately captured, validated, and controlled throughout the trade lifecycle. You will work closely with global Front Office, Back Office, Finance, and Product Control teams within an established international banking environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and confidence in escalating control issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with regional or global teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; CA, CFA, or similar qualifications are an advantage
