Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Trade Validation professional for Global Market Operations to ensure accurate OTC derivative trade validation within BNP Paribas systems. Night shift and onsite-to-hybrid work after six months are expected.

Role requires 5–7 years in banking/finance, strong Excel skills, and ability to collaborate with remote teams while maintaining high ethics and accuracy in all validations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of working experience in related banking/finance fields.
• University graduates, with postgraduates and professional qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate the trade booked in FO systems with the recaps.
• Validate Future contracts with the recaps and ensure timely Clearing.
• Challenge and enhance existing processes where possible.
• Report, comment and validate exceptions during trade validation.
• Escalate issues to management promptly.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism within the team.

Job description

Global Market Operations also known as COCE (client operating center of excellence) is further divided into 4 departments i.e. Trade Processing & Support, PnL, Client Management & Change Management. Product Control in the wider market outside of BNP is Middle Office. Product Control consists of streams like Documentation & Reconciliation, Trade Support, P&L & Trading Portfolio & controls. Product Control teams are in regular contact with Market Front Office, Regional Back Office’s and Regional Finance & other support teams for their BAU.

Position Purpose

• Responsible for accurate trade validation of OTC Derivative Product within BNPP Systems
• Ensure trade amendments are performed in a timely fashion and their PV are checked & validated
• Escalate any mis-match on the trade to the FO & Management that may indicate a wrong position or transaction in the FO System
• Run all required controls on key elements

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Validate the trade which is booked in FO systems with the recaps
• Validate Future contracts with the recaps and ensure timely Clearing
• When possible, challenge and enhance existing processes.
• Report, Comment and Validate the exceptions during trade validation
• Ensure appropriate escalation to management as soon as an issue is identified.
• Ensure high levels of ethics and professionalism are maintained both personally and in the team.
