You will keep the product progress in check, address discrepancies, and strive to maximize revenue by enhancing product strengths. The role requires staying current on developments and competitor strategies, and providing initial customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demo’s and training
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Keep a track of the product's progress and to check if there are any discrepancies
• Make every possible effort to resolve the issues of the product and find out ways to enhance its strengths so as to achieve maximum revenue for the organization.
• Keep updated about the latest developments related to the product and keep abreast with the competitors' products and their strategies.
• Helping AM’s in proposal generation
• Travelling to visit/ conduct site survey to clients in coordination with the design engineer
• Product/ Technical Trainings
• Basic Programming Training
• Sales and Marketing Trainings
• Provide initial solutions to customer requirements
• Establishing new relationships with customers
• Offering after-sales support services
• Submit reports on time
