Job summary

Brosnep Corporation, a Philippines-based importer/distributor of Korean foods, beauty, and lifestyle products, is seeking a Product & Brand Assistant to support research, planning, and development. The role is on-site in Makati with a focus on market trends, brand initiatives, and coordinating marketing activities.

The ideal candidate holds a marketing-related degree, has at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a strong interest in Korean products and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Basic ability to read Korean is an advantage.
• Strong interest in Korean food, brands, lifestyle products, and K-culture.
• Good understanding of Korean market trends, brands, and consumer preferences.

Responsibilities

• Support product and brand research, planning, and development.
• Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Assist in developing product and brand initiatives.
• Support marketing strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns.
• Maintain assigned social media platforms and content.
• Assist in product and brand-related coordination and documentation.
• Maintain accurate product and brand records.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and product supervision.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on product, brand, and marketing activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interest in product development, branding, and marketing.
• Social media management or content creation experience is an advantage.
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of and interest in Korean products, brands, culture, and market trends.
