• Maintain a standard approach for project management.
• Initiate projects and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Develop & maintain project plan and resources.
• Monitor & control projects including quality & risks.
• Close a project or iteration.
• Prepare detailed specs, manuals and training materials.
• Develop processes and procedures for resources.
• Gain approvals and manage supplier/operational agreements.
• Produce supporting documentation & training packages.
• Lead a functional team of project managers.
