Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is expanding its Operations team in Tanauan, Philippines. You will supervise daily supply chain operations, including purchasing, logistics, inventory and distribution, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Finance to align activities.

You will lead a team, drive cost-saving initiatives, implement digitization, ensure regulatory compliance and EH&S adherence, and mentor staff for high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and inventory tools.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• MS Office proficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
• At least one year in the current position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain operations, including purchasing, logistics, inventory and distribution.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning to maintain optimal inventory.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor junior staff in the supply chain team to ensure high performance and development.
• Implement and enforce best practices in procurement and logistics procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations (e.g., customs, transportation, environmental).
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to align supply chain activities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and supply chain digitization efforts.
• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site.
