You will negotiate contracts, ensure on-time delivery, manage supplier databases, and drive continuous improvement across purchasing systems while upholding compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Purchasing Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation is preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies aligned with organizational requirements and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to optimize costs and value.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality, and availability of procured materials and services.
• Maintain supplier databases, purchase records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Implement strategic sourcing with local and international suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously review and improve purchasing systems, processes, and workflows.
• Lead, coach, and train new employees on purchasing procedures and systems.
• Conduct supplier visits, vendor assessments, and fieldwork as required.
• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor supplier performance including delivery reliability and quality.
