Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years in purchasing or procurement, preferably in hardware, electrical, or construction-related products.
• Strong sourcing, planning, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, receive, and process online material requests.
• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services from qualified suppliers; prepare canvass sheets with quotations from at least three suppliers for comparison and evaluation.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Requests for Payment (RFPs) for suppliers.
• Process replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
• Support supplier accreditation and vendor relationship management activities.
