Job summary

Systech Lighting & Controls Inc. is seeking a procurement professional in Quezon City to source and canvass materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage purchase orders. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely deliveries and accurate supplier records.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in purchasing or procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role requires you to work on-site in Quezon City and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Experience in purchasing construction materials, electrical supplies, tools, or equipment is an advantage.
• Good negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Can work independently and coordinate with different departments.
• Willing to work in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Source and canvass materials, supplies, and equipment from suppliers.
• Request, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and other purchasing documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, Project, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements.
