Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Korean Procurement Practice Specialist to independently lead contracting projects within the S2C lifecycle. You will negotiate terms, ensure compliance with client requirements, and champion AI-assisted tools to streamline reviews.

This role requires strong analytical skills, governance awareness, and collaboration with legal and sourcing teams. The position is hybrid, located in Taguig, and requires 5–7 years of contracting experience including supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Korean language fluency and domain-agnostic contracting knowledge.
• 5-7 years of work experience with 2-3 years in supervisory roles.
• Minimum language proficiency; able to operate in professional English environments.
• At least 3 years of contracts/contracting experience.
• Open to both BPO and non-BPO environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead contracting projects across procurement agreements using client templates and playbooks.
• Own redlining of contract documents, propose alternative language, and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and coordinate with sourcing managers for subject matter expertise.
• Advise stakeholders on contract interpretation, compliance risks, and governance standards.
• Prepare, update, and disseminate information on contract status, compliance, risks, and modifications.
• Serve as a liaison with Legal and the Contracting COE for escalations and policy compliance.
