Job summary

Easy Bio Philippines Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented purchasing/support staff in Pasig to assist payment processing, create P.O.s in NAV, and keep orderly records. This full-time role contributes to efficient procurement and finance operations.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor's degree, is comfortable with MS Office, and welcomes fresh graduates. Work is in-office in Metro Manila with standard 8-hour shifts and opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related course.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge in purchasing and procurement processes is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Payment Requisition - Receive, sort, and validate Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices versus Purchase Orders. Process requests and transmit them to the Finance Team. Answer queries of all concerned regarding payment details.
P.O. into the NAV System - Create Purchase Orders (P.O.) and ensure the accuracy of related information such as vendor and item lists.
Document Safekeeping - Create database of all related documents, maintain organized files, and perform other related tasks.
