Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
• Organize and arrange stocks properly in the storage area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged items.
• Prepare stocks for release or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom/warehouse.
• Assist in loading and unloading items.
• Conduct regular inventory counting and stock checking.
• Label and record items accurately.
• Follow FIFO when releasing products.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, purchasing, and operations teams.
• Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of stocks.
• Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.
• Update inventory logs and stock cards.
• Report discrepancies and expired items immediately.
• Support store or production operations when needed.
• Ensure all stocks are complete and properly documented.
