Power Mac Center is seeking a Procurement/Purchasing professional to plan and purchase the company’s supply investments and support cost-saving initiatives. You will anticipate demand changes, determine product specs, and manage supplier relations to ensure timely replenishment and optimal spend.

Qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or SCM, with fresh graduates welcome.

Formación

Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related courses.
At least six (6) months of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply management; OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES.

Responsabilidades

Plan and purchase the Company’s supply investments and support cost-saving initiatives.
Identify and anticipate demand changes using actual supply and consumption data.
Determine product quality, quantity, and specs for goods and services to procure.
Review MRP daily and generate stock-out reports.
Monitor open purchase orders and stock-out reports for timely replenishment.
Analyze inventory through spend analysis and supplier performance.
Initiate purchase orders for inventory replenishment.
Conduct inventory checks and audits across stores and locations.
Research, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms.
Generate and issue purchase orders; update POs in the system.
Maintain confidentiality of files and data; adhere to policies and code of conduct.
