Job summary

Business Center Metal is seeking a Procurement Staff in Bulacan to support purchasing and inventory operations, sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of materials necessary for company operations.

The ideal candidate will have a business-related degree, strong Excel skills, and good communication and negotiation abilities, with willingness to perform field work as needed. The position is in-person with benefits including free parking and meals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory, or related functions is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to perform field work when required.

Responsibilities

• Source and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stocks as needed
• Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of purchased items
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records
• Coordinate with different departments regarding purchasing requirements
• Perform field work when necessary
