Job summary

OutForce Inc. is seeking a Procurement Data and Reporting Analyst to support spend analysis, dashboard development, tender administration, and supplier data management.

The role collaborates with Finance, Property, Corporate, Facilities, Legal and Operations teams to drive efficiency and value. You will work with Power BI, Excel, and advanced analytics to deliver reliable reporting and insights while operating in a hybrid environment with AU working hours from our Taguig office location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in data analysis, reporting, procurement support, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyze procurement, supplier, contract and spend data to identify savings and value creation
• Develop, maintain and enhance procurement reports and dashboards including Power BI outputs
• Support tendering processes and supplier performance documentation
• Assist with contract data maintenance and compliance with terms
