Job summary

IT Managers Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst for Procurement to gather and analyze procurement and disbursement requirements, and to document As-Is and To-Be processes while supporting ERP implementation projects.

The role involves identifying gaps, driving process optimization, and collaborating with Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders. You will contribute to dashboards and reporting and participate in BA Procurement Workshops.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong hands-on background in Procurement processes.
• Experience in ERP implementation, replacement, or upgrade projects.
• Experience developing As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Knowledge of business process optimization/improvement.
• Exposure to dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting.
• BA Procurement Workshop is required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Procurement and Disbursement.
• Document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes.
• Support ERP implementation, replacement, and upgrade projects.
• Identify process gaps and recommend process improvements and optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Support projects involving dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Assist in requirements documentation, testing, validation, and implementation.
• Participate in and support BA Procurement Workshops.
