Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing activities. You will analyze requisitions, source suppliers, ensure compliance with spend policy, and allocate requisitions within SLAs.

The role requires experience with ERP/SRM/CRM systems and strong English communication. You will also handle PO accuracy, order follow-up, and supplier coordination, reporting onsite 2x weekly in BGC, Taguig, with a mid-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in procurement (sourcing, evaluating bids, processing requests).
• Preferably negotiation experience, international logistics, supplier management with foreign incoterms, multinational exposure.

Responsibilities

• Process purchasing requests and allocate to suppliers within SLAs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with spend policy.
• Assign UNSPSC codes per regional/global requirements.
• Resolve first-line issues with stakeholders and suppliers.
