Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring sourcing and purchasing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
• Manage and develop a team of buyers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support.
• Oversee critical contracts, supplier negotiations, and complex sourcing projects that deliver value to the business.
• Monitor operational performance through metrics, reporting, and stakeholder reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with category managers, procurement operations teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, and innovative solutions that improve efficiency and controls.
• Support audits, reporting activities, and procurement governance requirements.
