Job summary

A leading food company is urgently seeking a Procurement Assistant to assist in preparing purchase orders and maintaining supplier performance records. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in the food industry. This role requires onsite work in Alabang, Muntinlupa, and the ability to start immediately. Competitive salary of 18,000-25,000/month with career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Preferably female.
• Previous experience as a Purchasing/Procurement in a Food industry is a plus.
• With at least 1-3 years related work background in Purchasing-Food Industry Company.
• Preferably residence of Alabang or nearby areas.
• Must be amenable to work onsite in Head Office-Alabang Muntinlupa City.
• Can start ASAP/Immediately!

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing purchase orders (POs) for required goods and services.
• Maintain records of supplier performance, including delivery timelines and product quality.
• Help maintain optimal stock levels by tracking inventory and forecasting future needs.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all purchasing transactions.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve any order discrepancies or delays.
• Assist in creating purchasing reports to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
