Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in procurement, business analysis, process improvement, or data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in interpreting large sets of procurement data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query is an advantage), Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in process mapping, workflow improvement, and documentation.
• Knowledge of procurement operations, supplier management, and sourcing processes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly procurement reports, dashboards, and other management reports.
• Analyze procurement data, supplier performance, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review and improve procurement processes, workflows, and documentation through automation and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain procurement templates, tracking tools, and reporting systems using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Coordinate process improvement initiatives, including documentation, change requests, and implementation monitoring.
• Support the department in setting goals, preparing performance reports, and consolidating feedback.
• Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, procurement forums, and other operational activities.
• Conduct supplier and procurement analytics, including vendor participation, RFQ response rates, supplier segmentation, sourcing effectiveness, and purchasing trends.
• Collaborate with Procurement Heads and Category Leads to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Generate analytical reports and recommendations to support management in making informed business decisions.
