Job summary

Thakral One in Manila is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze procurement processes and requirements, supporting the design and delivery of procurement analytics solutions that meet operational and reporting needs.

You will work with business and technical teams, perform requirement gathering and fit-gap analyses, define business rules, and assist with SAP Ariba implementations and UAT to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience gathering requirements and performing fit-gap analysis.
• Experience supporting UAT.

Responsibilities

• Analyse SMES2P/P2P procurement processes to identify requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments to evaluate solution alignment with business needs.
• Define business rules, processes, and reporting requirements.
• Gather and document business requirements to support solution delivery.
• Provide SAP Ariba process and functional expertise throughout analysis activities.
• Work closely with technical teams to clarify and refine requirements.
• Support UAT activities and business validation to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
