• Procurement Analytics & Reporting: develop analysis templates and procurement performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Financial Modeling & Decision Support: build procurement financial models with Finance for improved reviews.
• Data Analysis & Program Enhancement: analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Vendor & Contract Compliance Management: monitor pricing compliance and benchmark market competitiveness.
• Procurement Program Governance: track adoption of centralized purchasing programs and drive efficiency.
