Job summary

Copeland is a global climate technologies company delivering HVACR solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. This role supports the Procurement team with transactional tasks, ERP data management, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth operations across the supply chain.

You will handle Oracle-based setup, price updates, and document indexing, while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather and verify information for timely procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing procurement administrative support.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data management.
• Strong communication and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement transactional support, including Oracle set-up, price updates and document indexing.
• Process Advance Shipping Notices in the Supplier Portal.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Procurement team through transactional support, ERP data management and coordination with suppliers and Procurement members.

• Perform Procurement transactional support – Oracle set-up, system price updates, documents indexing
• Process Advance Shipping Notices in Supplier Portal
• Coordinate with Procurement member and suppliers in communicating and/or gathering information
