Job summary

Fluor in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to support design efforts for offshore and LNG projects. The role focuses on applying Design HSE practices, promoting standards, and delivering HSE documents under minimal supervision.

You will lead basic level HSE design personnel, prepare hazard analyses, dispersion studies, and safety layouts, and participate in design reviews and PHA/SIL/LOPA. Strong communication, organization, and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of at least 7 years of relevant experience of Technical/Process Safety work
Had been involved in Offshore or LNG projects
Successful completion of major projects

Responsibilities

Guide basic level HSE design personnel
Produce deliverables with minimum supervision of Senior engineer
Hazardous Classification schedule
Escape route layout
Safety equipment, safety sign layout/ specification
H2S / Toxic
HSE Studies and associated reports
PHAST/LOPA related tasks
Assist in interpretation and checking of calculations by third party consultants
Lead HSE for a single unit / area, small scale project
