Job summary

Gingersnaps Philippines is seeking an highly analytical Industrial Engineer to support process improvements across stores, warehouse, and business operations. This role analyzes workflows, conducts time and motion studies, and develops KPIs to drive decision-making.

You will collaborate with Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to streamline workflows and enhance service levels, while identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, logistics, or process improvement is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct time and motion studies, workload analysis, and productivity assessments.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to streamline workflows and improve service levels.
• Review store and warehouse processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow maps.
• Support project implementation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in capacity planning, manpower optimization, and resource utilization across business functions.
• Use data and insights to recommend strategies that improve customer experience and overall business performance.
