Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in business analysis, delivery, process improvement, controls, process automation, reporting, or data analysis.
• Experience building automation workflows using Alteryx.
• Alteryx Core Certification.
• Experience with Python for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL for querying and analysis; creation of BRDs and solution design docs.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis, documentation, and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of multiple small-to-medium initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and keeping work on track.
• Gather and clarify requirements, confirming scope, success measures, and key decisions needed.
• Produce clear delivery documentation including BRDs, solution designs, process maps, and procedures.
• Design and build automation workflows using Alteryx in alignment with defined requirements and controls.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions, such as dashboards and operational reporting.
• Perform data analysis and validation to support reporting accuracy, trends, and root-cause exploration.
• Provide executive-ready status updates, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and required approvals.
• Identify risks and issues early, escalate appropriately, and support corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Execute defined testing activities including test execution, defect documentation, retest coordination, and UAT support.
• Assess process impacts and engage stakeholders to address workflow gaps and change readiness.

• Experience with Python for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL for querying and analysis.Experience creating business requirements documents and solution design documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for analysis, documentation, and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience supporting reporting or automation in a consumer finance, servicing, or operations environment.
• Experience with business intelligence and automation tools such as Qlik and Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with workflow and e-signature tools used in operations environments.
