Responsibilities

• Plan & support annual department budget based on company plan.
• Prepare daily plans aligned to the annual plan.
• Initiate improvements of existing methods and monitor activity.
• Resolve operational problems within the section and report to supervisor.
• Evaluate probationary performance for regularization of RF positions.
• Support annual training plan and develop subordinates’ skills.
• Assist in setting annual goals and cascade them to staff.
• Monitor attendance, overtime and leaves for HR approval.
• Oversee performance and KPI reporting for the section.
• Ensure activities align with daily targets and PMS.
