Knowledge & Experience

• Proven track record in developing and implementing operational excellence strategies focused on cost optimization and on-time customer delivery


• Strong technical capability to address growth, productivity, quality, and margin challenges


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and support sound decision-making


• Proficient in Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies


• At least 1 year of experience implementing OPEX initiatives at the country level


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment


• Strong team leadership and workshop facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive results
