• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in similar manufacturing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Investigate process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve plant performance.
• Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and process improvements.
