Job summary
ABLESPEED MANUFACTURING PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a skilled engineer to monitor and optimize production processes within the manufacturing line in Laguna. The role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing, experience with die cutting and stamping press machines, and the ability to read technical drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and process documentation is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities, with solid communication and coordination
Qualifications
- College graduate with engineering or related technical degree.
- At least 1 year in manufacturing, preferably engineering.
- Experience with die cutting and stamping press machines.
- Experience in process improvement, 4M Change, and engineering reports.
- Able to read technical drawings and layouts.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD; able to prepare basic process drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve production processes.
- Identify production problems and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain engineering reports and process documents.
- Review technical drawings and production requirements.
- Assist in process improvement and 4M Change activities.
- Provide technical support to the Production team.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues.
