Job Summary
The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes for magnetics and cable products to ensure high quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. The role focuses on improving process capability, yield, and reliability across key manufacturing operations while supporting new product introductions and resolving production issues. Working cross-functionally, the Process Engineer applies lean manufacturing, data analysis, and engineering best practices to reduce waste, improve cycle time, enhance OEE, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This position will report to the Process Engineering Manager.
