Job summary

First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. is seeking an engineer with 3+ years of experience in engineering/manufacturing. The role focuses on CAD tooling, FPC/PCB fabrication, and tooling design processes from proto to MP, including GD&T and data management.

Ideal candidates understand 8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP practices and have strong knowledge of pattern, die, jig, and tray tooling design to support manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field as listed.
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering/manufacturing, CAD, tooling, or related technical work.
• Experience in FPC/PCB Manufacturing or automotive is preferred.
• Strong understanding of FPC and PCB manufacturing processes from Proto to MP.
• Good knowledge of Pattern, Die, Jig, Tray, and tooling design.
• Knowledge of GD&T and mechanical drawing requirements.
• Understands engineering data management, change control, and qualification requirements.
• Understands basic application of 8D, FMEA, SPC, and OCAP skills.
