Job description

Key Accountabilities

Coordinate assigned intake submissions and confirm that core information is complete, accurate, and ready for triage, including the problem, sponsor, stakeholders, desired outcome, urgency, impacted processes, and available supporting evidence. Support discovery by scheduling and preparing working sessions, gathering stakeholder input, documenting current-state processes, pain points, manual workarounds, root causes, data needs, controls, assumptions, decisions, and open questions. Create and maintain core analysis artifacts such as intake records, meeting notes, process maps, requirements logs, stakeholder lists, issue and action logs, options summaries, and initiative briefs using agreed standards. Conduct research and basic analysis to identify recurring themes, duplicate or related requests, process improvement opportunities, dependencies, and information gaps. Work with Senior Business Analysts and Finance, IT, Data, AI, Automation, Analytics and Insights, Change Enablement, Risk, and delivery partners to clarify requirements and support solution assessment. Assist with readiness and routing assessments by organizing evidence related to value, strategic fit, complexity, risk, dependencies, ownership, capacity, and proposed next steps. Maintain timely and accurate pipeline data, follow up on actions, monitor aging and service expectations, and flag missing information or emerging blockers. Prepare clear status updates, dashboards, presentation materials, and governance packs; validate that recommendations and decisions are reflected consistently across records. Support delivery transition activities such as requirements walkthroughs, test scenario preparation, user acceptance testing coordination, issue tracking, business sign-off, and handover documentation when required. Support change and adoption activities by documenting impacted groups, readiness considerations, communications needs, training inputs, and post-delivery feedback. Contribute to the continuous improvement of templates, guidance, knowledge repositories, reporting, and Community of Practice materials. Complete assigned work with strong quality control, confidentiality, and attention to Finance data, process, and control considerations.
