Cobden and Carter International Inc. is seeking a Process Control Electrical Engineer to scale electrospun nanofiber production for next-generation materials. The role focuses on translating R&D processes into stable, repeatable manufacturing operations.
The candidate will optimize process parameters, work with automation and PLC systems, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with R&D and operations to improve yield and consistency. On-site only, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
Formación
- Registered Electrical Engineer credential required.
- Experience with industrial automation, PLCs or control systems.
- Strong understanding of process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Familiarity with instrumentation, sensors and data monitoring.
- Exposure to high-voltage systems or advanced materials is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Translate lab-scale processes into production-ready systems.
- Optimize process parameters (flow, temperature, etc.).
- Work with automation and PLC systems to improve control and stability.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in production.
- Collaborate with R&D and operations to improve yield and consistency.
- Support scale-up and continuous improvement initiatives.
