Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a CTG Engineer to coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and file transfer implementations across multiple MFT platforms in Manila. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure onboarding, testing, and production cutover are carried out smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills, plus a basic understanding of MFT concepts and protocols.

Qualifications

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding and implementation activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities.
• Coordinate external client and internal file transfer setup requests across enterprise MFT platforms.
• Coordinate client file transmission setup on IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG), Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi), Axway Secure Transport, Hosted FTP, and other MFT solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and Broadridge internal teams throughout onboarding, testing, implementation, and production cutover.
• Gather business and technical requirements and coordinate implementation with Infrastructure, Development, Operations, Security, and Client Service teams.
• Track onboarding milestones, implementation activities, testing, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate the resolution of onboarding and file transfer-related issues with the appropriate technical teams.
• Maintain onboarding documentation, implementation records, and support audit and compliance activities.

Role Overview

The Client Testing Group (CTG) Engineer is responsible for coordinating end-to-end client onboarding and internal file transfer implementation activities across Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms. The role serves as the primary point of contact between clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding, testing, and production implementation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills along with a basic understanding of Managed File Transfer concepts.

• Basic knowledge of Managed File Transfer (MFT) concepts and protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, FTP, HTTPS, Connect:Direct (NDM), or IBM Sterling solutions is required.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding and implementation activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG), Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi), Connect:Direct, Axway Secure Transport, or similar MFT platforms.
• Basic understanding of certificates, encryption, authentication, and networking concepts.
• Exposure to Mainframe concepts (ISPF/TSO, JCL, TWS Scheduling).
• Experience with ITSM or project management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira etc
