Qualifications

• Ability to perform 5S in production and maintain disciplined work areas.
• Maintenance and preventive maintenance on equipment and testers.
• Troubleshoot and repair Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and related hardware.
• Interpret test results and analyze data logs versus specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support 5S activities across production lines.
• Conduct daily and preventive maintenance on all equipment and testers.
• Troubleshoot and repair ATE, test programs, and related hardware.
• Analyze test data, generate corrective actions and feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with the sustaining team.
• Assist engineers and supervisors on line issues and downtime reductions.
