The ideal candidate has 1+ year of PCB design experience, familiarity with Cadence Allegro and related tools, and strong communication skills to support cross-team projects. This role offers a hands-on environment and active tool upgrades.

Qualifications

• Understanding of electrical and mechanical aspects of PCB design.
• Proficiency in Cadence Allegro and CAM350.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design PCBs and MLOs for probe-card components from scratch or templates.
• Coordinate handoffs across a 3-shift system to maintain cycle times.
• Collaborate across departments to align sub-components with customer needs.
• Generate fabrication and assembly files for manufacturing.
• Maintain PCB parts library for accuracy and consistency.
• Leverage design tools to improve capabilities and stay current.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure quality and timelines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
