- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in legal support or fiduciary accounting.
- Advanced Excel with formulas, sorting, date handling, reconciliation.
- Strong Word and PDF editing skills, accurate legal/financial writing.
- Excellent written English and meticulous numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with responsible overlap to Pacific Time.
- Secure, professional remote work environment required.
Responsibilities
- Review bank statements and other case records to prepare schedules.
- Prepare and reconcile accounting schedules: receipts, disbursements, gains/losses.
- Reconcile accounts with no unexplained variances; identify discrepancies.
- Draft accounting petitions, reports, and related pleadings using templates.
- Assemble filing packages: orders, notices, verifications, exhibits.
- Maintain organized matter workflows and timely status updates.
