Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations experience with supervisory/leadership preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel; basic troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate teams and delegate tasks.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment for accurate and timely dispatch.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules, route utilization, and vehicle availability to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel; monitor attendance and workload; conduct team meetings.
