Job summary

WTW is seeking a PAM Analyst to support privileged access services across the enterprise. You will work with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure and business stakeholders to manage identities, accounts and access controls with security and efficiency.

You will administer PAM platforms, handle access requests, maintain documentation, and contribute to risk reduction, audits and modernization initiatives, including AI readiness, while delivering quality service and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IAM or PAM services.
• Understanding PAM principles and access governance.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and risk management.
• Experience with ticketing/workflow platforms like ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information into operational processes.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support PAM platforms, tools, and processes.
• Process privileged access requests, changes and reviews per policies.
• Ensure timely, high-quality PAM tickets and service requests.
• Validate requests and access permissions to achieve high first-time-right resolution.
• Escalate issues, risks, and exceptions appropriately.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge materials.
