Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in investment markets or private markets.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
• Exposure to financial modelling, due diligence, and investment evaluation is preferred.
• Genuine interest in private markets, businesses and investing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analysis clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate private equity, venture capital and other private market investment opportunities across sectors.
• Conduct detailed company, industry and sector research to assess market attractiveness, competitive positioning and growth potential.
• Analyse company financials, business models, historical performance, growth drivers and key investment risks.
• Build and review financial models, valuations and return analyses to support investment decisions.
• Support the due diligence process, including financial, commercial and business analysis of prospective investments.
• Prepare investment notes, presentations and recommendations for internal discussions and investment decision-making.
• Participate in interactions with fund managers, promoters, founders and other market participants as part of the evaluation process.
• Track relevant market developments, transactions, valuations and emerging investment themes.
• Support ongoing monitoring and review of existing investments and portfolios.
• Maintain investment databases, research material and other information required by the team.
