Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp Pte Ltd - Philippine Branch seeks a Privacy Operations Analyst to manage the day-to-day privacy program across UK/EU, US and APAC. You will coordinate DSARs, maintain ROPA and DPIA documentation, and help scale the program with automation tools such as OneTrust, Power Automate, Azure DevOps and Power BI.

You will partner with Legal, Information Security and Product teams to drive governance, monitor regulatory changes, and produce KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in privacy, compliance, legal operations, or similar.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR/EU GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA and global frameworks.
• Hands-on with privacy platforms configuring DSAR, PIA/DPIA, and data mapping workflows.
• Experience using work-management tools to structure privacy work and build dashboards.
• Exposure to automation of privacy workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Understanding of data discovery and mapping to keep ROPA current.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines across time zones.
• Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholder briefings.

Responsibilities

• Structure and maintain privacy operations work in Azure DevOps or Jira, with custom work items.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting (Power BI) for leadership.
• Track cross-functional privacy work items and surface bottlenecks and at‑risk items.
• Coordinate responses to DSARs and other data subject rights requests across jurisdictions.
• Track and report privacy program metrics and KPIs for leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct PIAs, DPIAs, TIAs for new products/features and vendor engagements.
• Support automated assessment workflows and data mapping efforts; reduce manual steps.
• Maintain ROPA and data mapping across systems; monitor drift and updates.
• Assist with privacy training content delivery and vendor reviews; support audits.
